Service Description: This dataset depicts the official State of Utah School and Institutional Trust Lands Administration active transactions. Transactions are referred to as parcels that have been disposed of by SITLA, but still have a status of active in the agency business system. These transactions have taken place, but have not yet been issued a patent because the applicant is still making payments on the transaction. The transactions include the following types:
exchange (Contract_Type = 15)
private (Contract_Type = 44)
public (Contract_Type = 45)
certificate of sale (Contract_Type = 62)
development sale (Contract_Type = 73)
development exchange (Contract_Type = 76)
exchange (special) (Contract_Type = 111)
development quit claim deed (Contract_Type = 128)
development investment (Contract_Type = 144)
right of way (conveyance) (Contract_Type = 148)
Development exchanges that result in a beneficiary fund exchange are not included in this dataset.
