Service Description: This dataset depicts the official State of Utah School and Institutional Trust Lands Administration special use lease agreement (SULA) data.

Trust lands are available to lease for a variety of purposes including commercial, industrial, residential, agricultural, telecommunications and governmental use.

Commercial - ski resorts, campgrounds, restaurants, office spaces and convenience stores
Industrial - oil & gas processing facilities, compressor stations, wastewater disposal facilities, manufacturing plants, etc.
Residential - cabin sites, primary homes, second homes
Agricultural - fields for growing crops, irrigated pastures, settling ponds, orchards, corrals and pipelines
Telecommunications - cell towers, internet access, radio communications, repeaters, translators, etc.
Governmental - water tanks, military training facilities and recreation sites
