Service Description:

The Emery County Public Lands Management Act also known as S.47 - John D. Dingell, Jr. Conservation, Management and Recreation Act, was signed by President Donald J. Trump and became Public Law No: 116-9 on March 12, 2019. According to CONGRESS.GOV (https://www.congress.gov/bill/116th-congress/senate-bill/47), "This bill sets forth provisions regarding various programs, projects, activities and studies for the management and conservation of natural resources on federal lands."

This data was provided by the BLM on February 5, 2019 and represents the map prepared by the BLM titled "Emery County Public Land Management Act - Proposed Land Exchange - December 10, 2018."
